My name is Dawn Bradly and I am a fully qualified, accredited Coach who works with clients who feel stressed or anxious.
We all have anxieties and worries about everyday things such as our children's wellbeing or with our ageing parents or not knowing what is waiting around the corner for us. We all have times of feeling overwhelmed; the combination of work and struggling to fit everything into life is a constant juggle, feeling a failure for not being able to do it all or not being able to achieve what we're capable of.
And so, there comes a time when you know things have to change because these feelings are having such a negative impact on your life; your confidence is low, you can't think straight, you're dwelling on problems instead of letting them go.
My role, as your coach, is to help you with these issues. Through asking questions and the use of tools and techniques, if needed, I give you time and space to explore what you can do to achieve a sense of balance in your work/home life, I help you explore how your feelings of anxiety and overwhelm are stopping you from finding calm and contentment. I help you to see how your thoughts are having a huge impact on your mood and I help you turn this around so that you no longer feel drained, worrying about situations where you have little or no control.
I help to build your self-confidence and bring a sense of balance to your life so that you can enjoy the moments more, and you feel more resilient in dealing with whatever life brings to you.
